I’m here for those feeling overwhelmed by stress, emotional chaos, and unwanted mental or behavioural patterns. Often those same people, through no fault of their own, are grappling with the weight of past trauma; and commonly also with seemingly unrelated health issues. My nurturing approach guides my therapy clients through a holistic process of healing, transforming emotional turmoil and physical challenges.

I work shoulder to shoulder with you in supporting you to attain your goals and access a deep sense of emotional and physical well-being.

It is often difficult to understand on our own what is keeping us stuck. Especially when the root is usually buried somewhere deep in the unconscious mind. I help you sift through all the mental noise, to quickly decipher what’s actually happening and identify what truly needs attention and healing. Through the use of my somatic tools and skilful choice of language, we can allow the unconscious to speak, effortlessly bringing what was inaccessible just a split second ago into conscious awareness. This means you can experience rapid change, even in relation to things which have been a source of struggle in your life for years (or in some case, decades!)

Working with an accredited practitioner ensures you’re receiving safe, ethical, and effective treatment. Accreditation in EFT, hypnotherapy, and NLP signifies a practitioner’s commitment to maintaining high standards of practice, ongoing professional development, and adherence to a strict code of conduct. These therapies are powerful tools for transformation and healing, and their regulation helps protect and maximize their benefits for you. By choosing an accredited practitioner, you’re investing in quality, reliability, and the assurance that you’re in skilled hands, maximizing your journey towards personal growth and well-being.

Sessions are £90 with some concessionary spaces available for those with genuinely low household income and who would not otherwise be able to access quality support.

The number of sessions you’ll need varies depending on the complexity and depth of the issue at hand. Deep-seated, global, and chronic unhelpful thoughts, feelings, and behaviours often require more time to address and transform than smaller, specific issues that are not deeply embedded in your unconscious. Each individual’s journey is unique, and the pace of progress can differ. During our discovery call, we can discuss your specific situation and give you a clearer idea of the number of sessions you are likely to need to achieve your desired outcomes. My goal is to support you through your transformation as effectively and efficiently as possible.

The main difference between therapy and counselling lies in their scope and duration. Counselling typically focuses on individually specified issues, offering guidance and support through difficult situations or emotional challenges. Counselling treatment is usually only for a few sessions in order to address immediate concerns. Therapy, on the other hand, delves into trauma, and chronic / recurring psychological problems, aiming to explore underlying patterns and causes. It tends to be more long-term, seeking to facilitate personal growth and deeper understanding. Both aim to provide emotional support, but their approaches and objectives can vary significantly.
