I offer an integrated therapeutic approach, tailor-made and responsive to whatever you need. This means you don’t have to fit in with my model or style of working; rather, I fit in with you and adapt with flexibility to meet your therapeutic needs.

My aim is for you to experience a genuine, authentic, empathic therapeutic relationship. You will be offered complete and unconditional acceptance, in a safe, supportive and confidential space online via Zoom in the comfort of your own home.

My role is to join you wherever you are at, understand and validate your feelings and experiences, facilitate deep healing, build up your own inner-resources and strengths, and support you to move forwards on your journey to wherever you want to be in life.

EFT is a form of energy psychology, a beautiful synergy between Ancient Chinese Medicine and Western Psychotherapy. It provides a gentle but powerful way to relieve physical and emotional pain, simultaneously releasing limiting core beliefs and calming the nervous system. Whilst talking and tuning into your feelings and present experience, we gently tap on acupressure points, which is why it is often referred to ’emotional acupuncture without the needles’.

NLP is all about how we create our experiences using our own subjective ‘map’ of the world. It offers the potential to easily change our thoughts, beliefs, feelings, behaviours, and therefore our overall experience. I integrate NLP into every session through the skilful use of language and by offering you certain techniques to bring about desired changes in the patterns and programming that control your behaviour.

Hypnotic trances are a natural occurrence for all of us, like when falling asleep, daydreaming, listening to music, or even driving. It’s a state of comfortable relaxation where you are in complete control but the unconscious mind becomes more accessible and open to suggestion. Hypnotherapy is the therapeutic use of this natural state to shift unconscious blocks and help you achieve your goals.

Coaching is an effective way to unlock your potential and maximise your performance. We reflect, get specific, and set realistic, attainable goals. Bringing greater awareness to your values, we can create strategies to get you from where you are now to where you want to be.
